- Sales Portal (classified ads)
- Business Directory
- Auction Platform

2. Registration & User Account
Registration is required. Users must provide accurate and updated information.
3. Services Provided
- Online platform for ads, business listings, and auctions
- No guarantee for uninterrupted service
- The Provider is not involved in user transactions
4. Rules of Use
- No illegal or offensive content
- No misuse for unlawful or competitive activity
- Businesses must identify as such
5. Module-Specific Terms
Sales Portal:
- Only real, available items may be listed
- Listings must be accurate and complete
Business Directory:
- Only real businesses
- Images and descriptions must meet guidelines
Auction Platform:
- Bids are binding
- The Provider only supplies technical infrastructure
6. Fees
- Some features may be paid
- Fees are clearly shown
7. Liability
No liability for user content except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
8. Termination
- Users may delete accounts at any time
- Provider may suspend/delete accounts violating the terms
9. Amendments
Terms may be updated. Users will be notified accordingly.
